An Immersive Mindfulness and Social Emotional Learning Enrichment Program

The term “Mindfulness” refers to nonjudgmental attention to the present moment. Participants gain insight into the basic science behind how the mind works and learn to identify physical cues in the body that lead to emotional responses.

Mindfulness becomes the vehicle by which the fundamentals of SEL: self-awareness, self-management, responsible decision making, relationship skills, and social awareness, are accessed and incorporated into daily life.
